Travel tips huge update: the Family Travel Advisor has born! An innovative online platform that will help families to match the best operators in family travel and plan amazing journeys

When the Family Travel Advisor got in touch with me for the first time, I though “what a great news! Finally someone who can help me to reach as much families as possible and tell them that travelling with kids is amazing!” I’ve immediately join them, together some of the big players in the family travel market, because it’s important to help families finding always new and exciting way to explore the world with their kids.

The founders have a huge experience in the family travel industry and can help families take the stress out of the search with an inspirational range of exciting ideas, tailored to individual family needs. Definitely something that this market was missing for a very long time. 

Why it has been launched

“We identified a gap in the market to offer a place where families could go to access information, advice and inspiration on holidays that really put families first,” said Marco Rosa, co-founder of Family Travel Advisor. “Member brands will need to offer more than a room with extra beds and a token play area – we want our members to prove they offer an outstanding product, service or experience that appeals to multi-generational families and will provide everlasting holiday memories.”

“As we launch Family Travel Advisor in the UK and across Europe, the team and I look forward to connecting worldwide brands with real people,” said Paola De Paolis, co-founder of Family Travel Advisor. “The aim of the platform is to inspire a passion for travel, adventure, culture, fun and family time in travellers of all ages.”

What’s going on soon

The first big step of the association will be next March (21st to 23rd ), when  they will have the first Summit for the operators, on board Costa Crociere ship Costa Pacifica, sailing from Barcelona to Genoa and throughout the year there will be dinners and product updates organised in various locations, to keep the community connected and several events involving the families directly.
