I couldn’t wait to give you this huge news: finally I can bring families around to discover Rome again!

Italy is slowly coming back to a normal life and, starting from June, the borders will be open again and people from other European countries will be allowed to enter without any quarantine (read this article to now more).

I have spent these weeks working hard to new projects and destinations, thinking about the best solutions for all the families who can’t wait to come back traveling and exploring the world. So here it is some new stuff for you!

HOW IT WORKS

Since Italy is re-opening, I thought to start planning from the most beautiful of them all , my beloved Rome. People can’t wait to visit it in this period, which is perfect as it is still not too hot. The problem is many indoor places like museums, archeological areas and monuments have limited access because of the social distancing, so a better option could be have an overview of the city from a high point of view… a Rome Open bus! Thank to the partnership with Roma Open Bus, I developed a special Tapsy Kit for kids, with funny gadgets and a practical map full of games and riddles who will help children discovering the city while they’re on the bus. With the help of the adults and the stunning view on monuments and highlights, kids will look at the city with new eyes, so this tour is highly recommended even if you already know Rome.

IS IT SAFE TO TAKE A ROME OPEN BUS?

Since we are all concerned by traveling and moving in a safe way, especially for kids, I want to reassure you! I made all the measures required for this special period to make you travel safe. Each bus is sanitized, on board you will find gloves and sanitizing gel and each sit respect the distancing between people. You must wear masks and booking in advance, don’t forget it!

WHEN?

I will start on board of the Rome open bus from the 30th May, every Saturday and Sunday, departing from Largo Peretti (Termini station), 4 times each day! At 10:00am, 11:45am, 2:30pm and 4:15pm.

WHY  SHOULD YOU DO THIS?

Because Rome is Rome. Even you have already visited the city many times, doing it from a Rome Open Bus will make you discover another side of a city that never stop surprising…even me! Being on the bus is safe, fun, relaxing and gives you the right time to look around with no rush.
